La Nave is a mobile application that connects passengers and drivers in Cuba 24 hours a day, no matter your destination.

How does it work?

• Activate your phone's location and mobile data (the app uses this information so the driver knows where to pick you up and which route to take)
• Open the app
• Register (it's super easy)
• Search for the place you want to go on the map by name or brand
• Select the category in which you wish to travel (basic, comfort, and family)
• Then, the approximate trip fare and breakdown will be available (it may vary in case of route changes or according to waiting times)
• You can see the driver's photo, their service quality rating, vehicle details, and track the route on the map while you wait (it will never take too long)
• Additionally, you can use the in-app chat to specify any trip details. This service is completely free of charge
• Pay the fare in cash to the driver
• After the trip, rate the experience and the responsible person. Your feedback is essential to us. You will also receive a travel receipt or invoice via email
• We will be with you for any help you may need. Whenever and however you need it.
